(local) Import vs Domestic race
Does it matter what state? or what path? Even my boat could probably make it across the state on E85 and I probably get the worst gas mileage of any 2 liter. There's enough stations in Va to make a pretty decent tour without running out of fuel.
In Maryland you can drive all day long and fill up all over the place. E85 is a DOT legal pump fuel and should be treated as such in competition. Don't like it? make the rules based on ethanol content, don't say pump fuel.
While I agree with a lot of what you've said in this thread, I think you're going overboard with some of this shit. Your answer to everything is "drive this distance", and you just adjust the distance to fit whatever you're trying to argue against. You don't need to drive a car across the state to prove it is a street car. I can drive my car wherever and get 200-300 miles to a tank. Whether I fill up at a station or with a jug is irrelevant when I can go that far on a tank I think.

Everyone knows i am a ford guy, BUT, MM's car is 100% street car. i seen under it with my own eyes right here at my shop. All turbo and no NOS and it does it on 17s. It does have water meth but so does every other car running power like that on pump. If you seen it on the street you would not look twice at it. total 100% sleeper. It pains me a little to give props to a GM product
but that is a nice ass car
