Spotted a blue evo late saturday night, lowered, exhaust.... Also think I saw the front plate off center mounted too. I think it was by boulevard or broadstreet. I guess you changed lanes to try and mess with me at the light. I would have played around but wasn't going out of my way, due to me not knowing the area. I got on 95 and saw you make a u-turn to head back the other way, maybe another time...
