I have seen alot of japanese tuner/race cars with tow hook placement there. I never was interested as I knew I would screw up and cut the damn slot off center or something.

Really? Wow, I have seen it for a few years now in magazines.
i dont really look at alot of the tuner magazines

im more into domestics and drag racing so im out of the loop on alot of the little details like that
