Mileage: 16x,xxx on shell,40-50k on engine
Exterior Condition: 8/10 very few dings, in good shape for factory paint, no rust
Interior Condition: 8/10 grey interior, pretty clean, missing rear seatbelts
Modifications: JDM D15b 2 stage vtec installed by previous owner, hand built duckbill wing(none other like it that I know of), rear CTR replica lip, Ground control adjustable coilovers, skunk 2 front control arms, EX cluster(with tach),car currently had a rusty hood built by me,a sander, some acid, and a .45 Yes my rusty hood is the bomb lol.but I have another hood. Pictured w/o front cover, I have a new one saved for this car, I put this cover on another before paint.

The bad: car is not wired for Vtec but I have the exact ECU for this motor, front shocks are shot, Slight 3rd gear grind at higher RPM (I havent tried syncromesh yet),rear hatch panels not screwed in/missing rear seatbelts

The good: a clean, mostly virgin hatch, low mileage JDM motor

forgot to mention car has adjustable ground control coil overs. I have pics on my cell of the car with a couple different sets of wheels.
