Meet Cruise This saturday (9-26-09)
Same here, there were some sweet rides yesterday.
I'm trying to remember some of the funnier moments. I remember when we were getting off of 581 there was a someone in a Chrysler Crossfire with an obnoxiously loud exhaust going nuts (swerving and gassing it), anyone else see that? lol!
Whoever owns the Silver S2k, that thing was music! Sounds real good...

And the Silverstone S2k is owned by one of my good friends, Ill pass along the compliment. The white ap1 also sounds like sex.
it has the Invidia exhaust... the Silverstone has the single Megan Racing.
Actually as most everyone will attest to we didnt play around at all just because the road was mostly too tight to do so without serious risk.

I'm down to do another run up to potts mtn. NEXT weekend if you're down Chris... Or we could scout some other shit... I got one up my sleeve that I wanna scout first...
The Catawba route I am pretty familiar with as I have come over a crest at a decent speed to find the road on the other side covered in snow. This was during a 30+ cruise that we had set up. All cars remained on the road. The 2 lead cars( myself being 1) were on summer tires at the time.
It does sound like you had a good time. I just hate reading about cruises by some on here when their leaders could not keep up with our tail cars on some of our runs.

I had a fuckin ball... I just wish my car was completely up to par and I didn't have to worry bout shit... Don't worry, I'm not a hazzard... But there were a few times I got worried bout shit and got the "fuck it" attitude and went for it like.......the first crest when we hit Catawba... AIRBORN!

IMO, if you want to drive like that, keep it on the track so you don't kill someone or yourself. The street is too unpredictable (like your snow covered road example).
I'm gonna have to take you out and show you a few of my own routes in February when I get my license back, Chris... I used to go out on the bike just tryng to get lost and finding new and exciting roads to ride. Love that!
