So far track is open, radar shows no rain at all through 7 pm and the roads are dry. I am going to call at 5 to double check.

Just got home and not a single drop. It was kind of humid out and of course was a slow start as the track was cold. I think only 99Formula and X sPeEd 3 X and that was it. No new bests tonight.

Saw a 99 Cobra break what may have been a half shaft, and a subie was on a flatbed as well. Brandon Tuck was pulling some nice wheel stands before his drivetrain went.

 

I am hoping to make it out.

 

Anyone a definite yet? I plan on going and making a few more passes.

I am tuning Robert Croxford's (from southside) black SS thurs night. Lee is putting a bar in his (and Heather's) SS and MAY run if finished.

Jarrell pulled the SC off of his old LS1-stroker swapped pickup and threw on a pretty huge turbo. We will be getting it wrapped up Friday AM so he may bring out Friday night so that we can see how far it will spin. I will def try to be there to see his truck! Will Lee be running? Or were you saying he was out because of the bar install? Wonder what made him finally change his mind about it.... Probably getting kicked out of the track every week.
