it was 6 years ago at the BBY in springfield. It used to be a Project store. The game tapes were training video's made from real shoppers with the cctv system, whichin that store was amped up for the test. It was a video with subtitles, music, fades, the whole 9 yards, to use as a daily training videos for best practices and goals, and watched at every chalk talk (which ours were 1 hr minimum back then.)
