The 2, 40mph rolls we did... i missed 2nd gear.. kept going into neutral... the 2, 60mph rolls... You were about 3 bikes out on me and we were starting to level off. I should be able to pick up those few bikes from the tune. and I ran you on a different tune than I ran Nagger and Jeremy... so i cannot say weather it is better or worse unless I can put them up for comparison.

 

ya i heard u.. damn on u were in first?.. i just left in 2nd.. my 1st-2nd doesnt like to go in half the time or jumps out.. haha

i didnt know how far back u were.. i could still see ur headlights so i knew u were sumwhat close..

itll be a closer race forsure once u get it tuned.

 

Yea.. have to be in first... the R6 only makes it power if you are damn near hitting the rev limiter. But it was fun.. Will just have to see what the tune gets me. I am gonna leave the tune that is on there now like it is. See what I am putting down before and after.

i did the same thing with the D&D tune. they said it made 115hp and when we dynod it, it only made 111hp

 

well... each dyno is different. You can put down 110 on one dyno and drive straight to another and put down 114. They are not perfect. They are ment for tuning.

You dyno it, then make adjustments on the dyno to make it produce more power on the same dyno. The numbers are gonna be close but not identical. Especially if one is corrected and one isn't.

 

very true... but the d&d tune was so bad.. it was hard to ride on.. seemd like there was a dead stop every 2k if u werent over 8k....

i put down 110 on my last tune and then 117 on the new one.. so its getting more power with every mod.. the only problem im really having now is keeping the exhaust from leaking.. since this system doesnt use exhaust gaskets its a pain trying to find gasket maker that will hold up..


i might just end up getting another head, or whole another motor

 

so... the 636 is put back together. We went out and did a roll on in 6th gear from 55mph. The R6 put about 12 bikes on the 636 like it was nothing. Let off of the r6 at 145 and it was still pulling away. Would like to do some other bikes the same way to see about that low end.
