Went to Freedom yesterday. Did their most expensive automatic wash. The signals that indicate when to pull forward to the dryer were broken so I ended up paying good money for a shitty wash that left me with water spots. F that.

just email them they have always treated me right had an issue and they gave me 100$ in credits

P21S drying towel dries perfectly every time - accept no others, and it won't risk high speed dirt across your paint like a leaf blower. Not as durable as other towels, nor as inexpensive, but it works extremely well.

You weren't kidding. I just emailed them and literally 30 secs later the manager called and insisted on giving me a $25 wash card. Good customer service is a lost art.
