Remedy sucks, I hate it. It takes longer to fill out a ticket than to even do the work. We had it at the last company that I worked at.

We use Remedy too. It's better than other ticketing programs I've been exposed to.

The ones that have 5 lines or less to fill out are better. The one I use now is pretty sweet but its the company's home grown software because since they are a software company they feel the need to just create a new version of everything. We even have our own internal version of twitter.

Man I been looking for work since January. Graduated (BS in architecture) in May w/honors and nothing. 75% chance I'll be working at Borders next week selling coffee.............please me shoot me.
