If you're talking power-wise,you can make a B20 put out as much power as any other Honda engine.Hell, you can make practically any engine make a ton of power,if you're willing to spend enough money. And streetable is a pretty loose term.I saw several Pro-Mod cars on the street at the Grand Run,so they were technically street driven.
A 700HP car that idles well and is driveable enough to street is awesome. It actually being streetable as in 700HP and emissions legal so it's actually street legal is another.

yes, you can make all the power out of basically any engine you want. just as dispalcement goes down, so does torque, which means the engine has to spin higher to make power, torquexrpm/5252=hp. 9,000rpms on a weekly basis is gotta be hell on the rings and cylinder walls, unless it has some sick ass rod ratio goin on. i guess what im saying is i just cant see a 122cid engine making 700hp on a street tune, c16 and a full on track tune at 40+psi hell yeah i can.
1-it's on c16
2-it idles just fine
3-it makes the power it claims
4-if you have anymore questions ask him about it.
Oh and it's not on a 40psi level, the car drive's on the street just fine with out any problems.
