Honestly, if you want help on deciding what you can do with your car or how-to's on how to perform any kind of maintenance or upgrades, I'd join either/both 300zxclub.com or twinturbo.net for advice; I don't think you'll find much help here pertaining to actual advice.
The first thing I would do if I were you would be to preform a 60/120 maintenance on the car.
In terms of exhaust, I personally went with the Megan quad style exhaust, however, my first choice was the LaBree quad style exhaust. Another choice is the HKS exhaust as well.
