I saw an Evo 8/9 MR at Wendy's on Staples Mill and Glenside. It was white with black/dark wheels and had a white spiked rear diffusor thingy above the back window (can't remember what they are called). Looks pretty good

Believe I saw Azzbustin30th this morning on one of the very shittier parts of broad st. (road condition wise). By the hospital area and library. Caught only a glimpse as he pulled up by my quarter panel and got stuck in traffic as I took off.
Either that or theres another clean slammed 4-door e36 in Central.

Yeah it was green. But like I said, I only caught a 2 second glimpse as traffic got him stuck. Didn't catch the plate. Looked over and saw e36, green, slammed, black wheels with chrome lips.
