The sign says RPM, is it the same RPM as richmond performance modifications down the street or did they just rip off the name... the cars out front looked totally different than the ones i'm used to seeing in front of the one by the boulevard... thats pretty gay if they totally ripped off the name of another shop thats already gay enough with out any help

 

Same, they had 2 locations. One down an alley, other was very small and under the TV tower. Great job on my tint.

 

I know a lot of people use them for certain things, but in my honest opinion everyone that i have ever met at RPM is a complete retard. I would never let them touch my car or even order a part for it knowing they'd screw it up.

Ex: Walked into shop last Tuesday between exams

me - (points to turbo in showcase) What trim is that?
idiot - Its for a Civic.
me - thats nice...what trim is it?
idiot - its for a VTEC Civic dude, i dont know.
me - how can a turbo be for only one type of car? That doesnt make sense.

Everytime I've ever walked into RPM a conversation similar to that happens. The best is when some guy refused to sell me a shift knob because he told me a MOMO is better and the one i wanted was shit. Little did he know that my knob broke that day and I didnt care to spend $80 on a shift knob. So i walked out that day w/o buying anything.

yea they are no doubt idiots... kyler escarrera isn't even his real name and everything he says is a lie, legally its like john rodirguez but thats spickish and doesn't sound cool so he changed it... i went in once, the guy tried to sell me a greddy evolution for my car, at that time there was no such thing, the started making it over 3 years after he tried to get me to put a deposit on one so he could order it because he swore he could get it...
