Its bigger, built on a different uni-body, has a bigger motor, and comes better equipped. Its like the difference between a Civic, and an Accord. I just got an 06 GTP with heated leather, auto start, and a Panoramic Sun Roof for a new DD and I love it. Its silky smooth, has a ton of power, and is definitely a giant step up from my old Mazda Speed Piece-o-shitoge. Good luck with sale.
