Owner got it from his cousin like that.
His cousin was in a club in NC and (if you were to look at the rear window) it still has some of the decal's shadow on it.
He just doesn't put the money to take the rice out of it, because he's just gonna drive it 'til it dies.

I work at that Best Buy. Thought about buying that car before I got my Mustang, he didn't want much for it.
