While the judge is more likely to believe the cop (not just a law enforcer but also a trained observer), you take away incentive for the prosecution to give you a good deal when there is an admission.

 

well for me i have only been found guilty once, and that's because i pleaded guilty, and all the other times the cop is lying and i had the proof to show it

but in your case mike YOU ARE FUCKED!!!! if you go to jail, i will wash and wax your s2k once a week, but only if you let me drive it

i didn't read the whole thread but i have had wonderfully positive results from slippow. He got me out of so much. Worth the money and last time i needed him it was about $800 for class one misdemeanors.
