The 757 implies that it is Va Beach.
A www.maps.google.com confirms it. 172 mi – about 2 hours 59 mins from Annandale Va.

If it was local, I would pick it up and take it to Crazy Ray myself. Last I checked, 300 bones for any complete car, wrecked or dead.
