Passed a silver peanut eye on 17 in carrollton earlier around 320ish i think

saw a dropped CW ITR with no tags on chesapeake blvd and dipped out turning right onto ocean view. Younger guy driving. I was in the black TL

saw a dark green??(maybe) rx-7 fd leaving the T.C.C virginia beach campus. Had an exhaust(apexi n1 maybe) and some silver mesh like rims. Odd thing that stood out was the head or headcovers were removed.

also saw a yellow em1 style civic with black front and rear bumpers on centerville.
