Track events you have planned.
Since quite a few of us attend the same events, I thought it would be interesting to see what everyone's plans are for the rest of the year?
I'm cutting back a little this year and the NASA event's seem to fit my schedule better. I did more Track Dayz events in 08.
March 28-29 with NASA at VIR on the full course.
A week from tomorrow.
June 20-21 with NASA at Summit Point main course.
This is Hyperfest and it never disapoints, everyone needs to go at least once! I had a blast last year and I went by myself. If you are planning on going register as early as possible! Last year it filled up in less than two weeks! Registration opens April 4th at 1pm.
July 24-26 with NASA at VIR full.
July is always hot and fun and Grassroots motorsports is holding their Ultimate Track Car Challenge once again. I plan on being there all day Friday and I might sign up for open track to get some more laps in.
August 22-23 with NASA at Summit Main.
I really love Summit main and I swore I would do two events there this year. Plus I've never done the August event.
October 10-11 with NASA at VIR full.
VIR is always fun in the fall. Not 100% on this event, so I'll see.
November 16-17 with Track Dayz at VIR full.
I usually do this event every year and it will probablly be the last one I do for the season.
I might do something at Summit's Shenandoah Circuit, not sure. I like the track, but it eats up my heavy cars tires and brakes.
Post your's up!

I'll be at all the NASA-MA events except Hyperfest, working/instructing/coaching/driving.
And I'll be at all the TrackDaze events, working/chief instructing but probably not driving.
Luckily both groups seem to be surviving the recession just fine - so far.

I'll be instructing at VIR in a week with NASA.
SVTOA at Shenandoah on May 2nd-3rd, instructing, driving, pissing Mustang owners off
On May 4th PAS is renting Summit Point Main for a private track day. Axelerate, I've been meaning to PM you about this...I will soon.
April 16-19th I'll be at Barber Motorsports Park for the 45th Anniversary of the Mustang show thing...whatever. I'm going for the track portion, the scenery, and the museum, fuck Mustangs.
Thats all I have planned. I need to cut back drastically on all my spending to get my other cars back on the road so I can enjoy/sell them and this is the easiest unnecessary expense. If my track day isn't paid by my company, I ain't going.
