need help!!!
ok so just bought a civic. couple things wrong with it.
1. interior light dont work (fixed fuse)
2. has an aftermarket tach that sits on the dash. shift light doesnt work. how to fix?
3. cruise control doesnt work. how to fix?
4. has a fog light button but doesnt work. but when you select it with the turn signal thing they do. how to fix?
5. no radio. anyone sellin one or no how to do it?
6. needs a quart of oil.
7. back bumper is different color. need one...
8. need an intake...cold air.

1.check the bulb.
2.shift light may be burnt out too.
3.could be a wire is disconnected near the break peddle this would cause it to disengage the cruize control. (or a fuse). check the linkage on the throttle cable on the throttle body and see if it is connected.
4.sounds like someone rewired the fog lights find the power source for the fog lights (ie. behind the switch and see if it is connected. (A wiring diagram would be helpful to find the correct wire for the fog lights. it sounds like it was connected to the power source for the turn signals.
5.have a few for sale ( not cheap quality.) and can install for free if sell.
6.add oil! and check compression.(does it smoke?)
7.paint it.or have it painted.(Can also paint it for you) about$ 200
8.get an intake (have a few)will give you one.

the best thing for you to do, is to go get your money back, because you got screwed, second best thing for you to do is buy a mountain bike, and stay away from cars in general

this is tech talk, you asked for help and i made a suggestion, why in the world would you buy a civic with so many problems?
but i will be nice and tell you to PM Hatch Man(GsR), because he is a Mechanic and can help you out with what ever you need. But the easiest thing to do is the oil problem, go buy a quart of oil, and take off your oil cap and put the oil in the car, then clean the enitre damn engine bay with brake clean or engine degreaser, and then go drive it around for a few minutes, come back and look to see where it is leaking from, that or go to a car shop!
