Pretty sure it will. Frame shouldn't be any different between those years.

yeah and i heard that the subframe is a bit different as well.. i looked up the maunal books and looks like can be all bolts up straight all fits. lets hope.. i found an 01 motor for $500 and i got a guy that will swap for me..

Well the subframe shouldn't affect the motor mounting in the frame. The subframe is bolted to the frame itself, so it shouldn't have any bearing on the motor itself.
