might of appreaised at 250 but getting 200 is about the max you will get in this market currently. Hell in Nova Houses that appraise currently at 300 are now selling for 170 :-( GLWS none the less.

similar properties in my area have sold in the 250K range within the past few months. Townhouses across the street still fetch 180 - 200K. Sucks to own in Nova i guess =/

I'll get the pics asap. Yes there was a hot tub back there. 220 power is still run so its easy to add one again.

The gas for fireplace is tank supplied or line/utility/city ?
