HAHA. You should have been on Nasioc and other Subaru forums when they intro the 08's. This was before the STI pictures were released. EVERYONE was pissed. Toyota Camry with a boxer. Gross. The 09 is so nice. The biggest reason I want a newer one is the quality of the interior. They are so much nicer. I justified keeping mine by saying I will do some sound deadening throughout the car, and cut out the road noice. I love my stereo and speakers (a lot of money later), so why stop there.

Yup, I'm on there and prettty active in the spring meet thread the past few days. I will be meeting at Pembroke Mall.

As for the new Legacy... HIDEOUS! I love the LGT's but if they make this change, I am going to hate Subaru!

 

SO TRUE! Everyone hated them. Now look at the amount of people that are slowly trading up...lol. I still will always miss the old one though.

In terms of local meets I dont think anything can top the 06 perry meet

this is only half the cars that showed. It was some good times!

 

SOA needs to uinderstand what the majority wants. The models to not change, and the Legacy STI and S402 !! Every other country gets it why can't we?

 

the perry meet was fun. but although its not really "local" the pence meet in richmond was much better. may have had a few less cars but i liked it more. im a fatty and they had free food

 

There were just as many at the '07 meet too. I don't think the '08 was as big though.
