i dont think so..
i ran into same issue at a local park here...
they said one thing and once they found out what was going on rates went up..
wanted us to rent out 2 or more covered areas and some other bs fee...
hopefully they can get it worked out cause ive been planning this since it was mentioned

 

Why is everyone emailing this guy ? Who ever is organizing this event should interact with that park guy.. not 132414 people. The guy is going be even more pissed. Hopefully this is still happening.

 

I mean its a public place and its just a couple or people with cars coming out.
