ATTN local baseball players
Tryouts this weekend. Local adult league, tons of fun, competition, and great way to meet new people.
See attached flyer. Tryouts are in Norfolk, at Lakewood Park, this Sunday 1 p.m.

Haha that sucks. I played in a wooden bat league a few years ago down in FL (I moved up here 2 years ago), and there were guys throwing 90 all day. It was a little different than high school ball...

Still though, I'm dying to play ball again. Think I may still try out. Anyone down for some long toss? Haven't thrown a ball in over a year.

That's what I've been doing for the last couple years. I had planned to get back into a fast pitch league last year, but a nice motorcycle wreck tore up my shoulder, and a year later I still can't throw for shit.
