I am 17 and am about to get a car. I can't decide whether to get a 97/98 Integra or 99 Civic Si. I really like Tegs and Civs but not too sure on what to get. I can't the car until about March so I got some time to think. Just asking for some advice and stuff to look for in either car.

Mustangs are over-rated. I am a very safe driver...I just like the look and feel of Civs and Tegs.
I don't want any mods on the car except for maybe the exhaust and sound system...

 

And civics and integras are not?

i have a 2000 si so my opinion may be a little swayed because of that but what it really comes down to is personal opinion.
I've never owned an integra so i dont have any useful information regarding them. but i like my si and i would definately say
they are alright cars, and pretty good on gas. just whatever you get, be safe, and be cautious. i learned from my mistakes,
and thankfully none of them ended in my car being totalled (knock on wood). well that's pretty much it, just pick whichever suits you best
