Neither. I'm sure there are a couple people in here that know. Other's are doing a google search right now.

They are one piece wheels, so that should knock out a few options right?

Jeremy and I saw an M3 that looked almost exactly like that getting on it hard after the Triboro toll to the FDR South. Man that thing sounded wonderful.
