that thing is pretty sick, i'm not really sure i understand the VW kids turning sidepipes into a trend though..

 

I've come to the conclusion that VW people like to do anything to their cars that makes people go "what the fuck...."

I was planning on putting side exit exhaust on my 240 once I turbo'd the engine or swapped to one that was worth a shit.

But then I sold it.

 

Then you need to get really good with fiberglass work because the wide body on the car is completely custom - the vertex kit was just cut up so it flowed with the widebody. I'm pretty sure it is something stupid like 90mm widebody...but I'm not completely sure because I don't know the exact wheel size.

 

And still not a damn thing is done to the doors. What is it with 240 people and putting "aero" on every body panel but the doors?

 

no need to sugar coat it. a body kit is a body kit.

 

I personally think door fills look tacky - most 240s look bad with them....this one does not though:






90% of kits out there for 240s don't come with them - and 90% of the ones that do come with them look like total shit.


They're usually left off because the OEM aero side skirts fit like this (car 10) on the 180sx, S13, S14, and S15:
