Spotted 'redlinin' who whatever. It's a RSX-S. Blue w/ the ITR wing and H emblems. Gunmetal JDM ITR wheels w/ h centers.
He was on western branch blvd turning into First Team Honda.
He on here?

looked kinda ricey..... tailights, fartcans.... w/e acted like he wanted to race me (fly bys on the highway etc etc), but everytime the opportunity arose, no action......
