Military does frown upon fraud transactions and that being know at the meps station could disqualify you. I've seen it happen in person.
its called short hand, and yes they do.

BUT you'd have to be convicted.

and i belive it would have to be a felony. not quite sure

Wrong on all three....

It isn't shorthand, it is sloppy.

Actually we look at all warrants for arrest just having a felony charge DQ's you for Navy at NRD Richmond

Also if the initial charge was a felony and it was reduced, all we see is felony.

Maybe you should leave the recruitment facts to actual recruiters?

BUT no you don't have to be convicted in court, even if you are brought up on charges that the police have/had a case on can kick you from joining.

Gunner's mates are responsible for the operation and maintenance of guided missile launching systems, gun mounts and other ordnance equipment, as well as small arms and magazines. They work with electrical and electronic circuitry; mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

But in reality...... FC's do the bulk of the real work for them, the GM's get the heavy lifting part.
