So what's the proper procedure?

Background info:
-t3 turbo with an hf manifold on a d16a6...

I recently came across a 5-bolt downpipe that the guy previously had on a d16a6... my problem is that the t3 i have is a 4-bolt... anyone have any numbers of some quality shops that could do this for me?

Though Alex does do amazing work, last I checked he was EXTREMELY busy with other cars. Just wanted to give you a heads up incase he doesn't get back to you anytime soon.

Hopefully he can take care of you though -- he's one of the few people I would trust working on my cars.
