Substitution for drinking and driving.

TOW TO GO. AAA Tidewater Virginia is partnering with Anheuser-Busch and Hoffman Beverage Company to sponsor “Tow to Go” during the Christmas and New Year holiday period. The program is confidential and is available to everyone, not just members, so no one should hesitate to call 757-631-1700 if they are in a situation where they should not be driving home after drinking.
This program begins Friday, 12 December 2008, 2100 until Sunday, 04 January 2009, 0600. It is available to AAA members and non-members at no charge, it is not a substitute for using designated drivers. Below is information about the program:
a. Provides towing within the Greater Hampton Roads area including the cities of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Newport News, Hampton, Poquoson, Yorktown and Williamsburg, Virginia.
b. Service will be provided to the requesting individual only, no stand-ins. A bartender may call on behalf of an individual who needs to be towed. Service will be provided to regular vehicles only – no large trucks or RV’s.
c. No reservations allowed. The requesting individual must be with the vehicle at time of service and have the keys to the vehicle. The only service that is to be provided is towing to the individual’s residence.

woow! thats pretty amazing, unfort. i stopped drinking, so i wont be able to take advantage of this, plus i think my car is too low for the trucks anyways.
