And OP. This idea has been posted a dozen times on this site and hasn't or will ever accomplish anything. No one is going to donate money for something that isn't going to work. Unless u plan on catching them and killing them u are waisting ur time. If u catch them in the act and plan on holding them untill police come, I think u will be suprised at the outcome. These people have the balls to steal cars, I can imagine they are plenty capable of taking a life or severly injuring someone to keep there freedom. Let the police do there job even tho they arnt very good at it and worry about ur own damn car.
