Saw a white lowered wrx with gold wheels and CF hood on brandywine.

Also saw a murdered out S197 Mustang on independence with weird looking lights.

Was on my way to Richmond with the Scion people and saw a Windstar haulin ass on the shoulder, dude almost flipped a bunch of times, 10 minutes later he was goin the opposite way with about 5 VSP in chase. Someone later said he doubled back again and flipped it getting on 295
