Talk to the owner of Velvet for renting it out for the night, if the place makes the same amount with your guest as if it was open on a Saturday night, you'll be able to have it for yourself. My sister did it for her 21st and got the whole place.Velvets is not that big anyway its like a big hallway and more of a lounge but do have dance floor perfect for a private party.
