cheese=staple. Ricotta is masterbatory to me. of course....I am Italian, so us fat bastards gotta have it.

 

Like I said, I know Velveeta isn't a real cheese. To any of you who don't use Velveeta block "cheese" to make a grilled cheese--TRY IT! You're missing out. Seriously.

I just can't do ricotta. The first time I had it at Ragazzi's was just a bad experience, so maybe it's really good and it was just bad when I tried it, but I hated it. I think maybe it was the texture, but I don't know. I can eat cottage cheese even though it has a disgusting texture, since it has virtually no flavor.

I wrecked my bike out your way today off of Rt 40 headed towards Rocky Mount from Rt 8. Fucking road is terribly washed out with gravel.

Yeah. Ironic... Two wrecks in one month, but these are the first two wrecks I've ever had on the street.

It was a pretty violent highside... The bike is fucked, and I could be better, but I was able to ride it home despite everything. Shit happens I guess.
