Upholstery shops in Cburg/Bburg/Radford
Need someone to recover a headliner and A/B/C pillars. If seen a few listed but I'd like to have some personal references as well. I might also consider the Roanoke area if someone has had a good experience.
There's one in Roanoke that I know of that seems to do lots of classic cars... I've heard good things about him and after talking to him about recovering some motorcycle seats, I got a really good vibe about him. He offered me excellent prices, and seemed knowledgeable. Darryl's Upholstery, Roanoke - - not sure about a phone number but if you need it I can start looking.

It's on the corner of Garden City Boulevard and Yellow Mountain Road.
I, personally, think you just need someone who's going to take pride in their work and do a good job that they will stand behind. It's for the Jetta, right? I don't know if we need an award winning exotic/classic upholstery shop to do a headliner and a few pillars... He's just a good ol' boy that does good work to the best of my knowledge.

Precision Glass does it, and GENERALLY their work is pretty good. I have had several seats made there, and I will personally vouch for their button tuck work LOL. I hated putting a purple velor button tuck headliner in...but dammit thats what the dude wanted.

There was a guy on Peppers Ferry named Ed that did DAMN good work, but I think him and the IRS got into a little tiff and they won

There is also someone doing upholstery work in Blacksburg. Take Yellow Sulfur to under the bypass bridge, and go up the road toward the transfer station/county garage. Dude is on the right about half a mile in, but I do not know the quality of work.
May wanna ask Shaun at Hot Rod Tattoo also, he knows a few people in the area that do it also.
Tops are the only thing I have had done there that turned out well.
