Best thing you can do is have it towed from your place

 

been on my property for over 30 days i just dont have time to go to dmv and fill out all the paper work for a abandon car

I understand that, and not trying to bash you here .... but until you do fill out that paperwork with the DMV, you cant legally sell that car.

You can however being the owner of the property have it towed from your property and impounded, OR apply for the title like you stated above for being abandon'd

Im sure the guy is a piece of shit, and theres a story to it .... and you want it gone.

But I dont see anyone giving you 500 for it with no title.

Ive got a friend that would do 150 cash and you sign a release form.

That just has COURT ISSUES/LAW ISSUE written all over it.

 

well the car has been in my yard for over a year now so i dont think he had plans on comming back to get it. i have someone who was going to give me 250.00 for the car just to junk it but i figure somebody else wanted to get it and do the paperwork at the dmv. the guy owes me money anyways we agreed that he would pay me 20 bucks a month to store it at my house and i only recieved about two months of it. your friend would not happen to be a member of drag would he?

 

dude if no body buys this car i can probaly pay you for some parts??? part it out??
