haha there is alot of shit that plays no point in all kinds of scenes lets see, whats the point in putting a tow hook on a civic when its street driven and never sees the race track?? Whats the point in a huge ass lift on a truck and huge tires and it never sees the mud ( as some people do). Whats the point of putting chrome all over the engine bay besides for looks does it help with anything?? There is a ton of crap like that so yea
