wow. if you have to ask here, of all places...
do what the freshman dickwipes do: carry a backpack full of alcohol you had someone buy for you, crawl down the fan and oregon hill into random peoples' house parties, steal their beer, get kicked out, and loiter on the street. and if a cop stops you, make sure you say "yo, fuck da popos!". they'll be really cool and tell you how much they love ice-t's music.

i doubt richmond/vcu police would resort to this. and it's really not that hard to find a party to go to or bust. just follow the freshmen.
and once you get there and the freshmen girls are drunk, enjoy the rest of the night. almost any line works. hell, i even convinced a girl that i was korean royalty once.
