okay, pure and simple dude. your work and personal life my be different, but you are the owner of a business. that means that at all times you represent your business. its like me doing some bad shit at school that has nothing to do with my fraternity, i still represent them, and they are also punished for whatever i do.

so when in the public eye (including forums) you have to choose your words carefully not to reflect on other aspects of your life. kinda like what happened with the former CEO of Hyundai doing underhanded shit that reflected back on the entire company.

just remember, you are always under the microscope when in a position of power.
