Quick question

Down in the area, do you have basements? or is it to close/lower then the sea level?

Also im looking to build down that way, can you do Geo-thermo in the area?

I haven't seen too many basements. Some people are actually building on stilts nowadays. As far as the Geo-Thermal, I have no clue.

There is a reason for no basements. Just build two attics instead!
