not when you have to figure in the cost of fixing someone's quarter panel that buckles while you're trying to get that extra few mm's out of the fender, and the right tools aren't cheap either..

 

Saw two shops in DC that had "fender Rolling" Advertised on there building for $450

 

I didn't think about that.. Maybe it would be a better idea to charge an hourly rate instead of a flat rate up front then. I'm sure some cars take a lot longer than others, or require more effort than others.

IMO, flat rates are almost always bad for either the shop or the customer.

 

i think ill just rent the tool somewhere online for 50 bucks and go at it.

 

any hints on which wheels/wheel size/tire size?

No kidding. He doesn't need to roll the fenders. If it were me, I'd just use crazy huge spacers so they stick all the way out from the fenders. When it's slammed on the hydraulics, they will look awesome!
