God I love the lower property values associated with being away from Virginia. $500/month will make someone a homeowner.

I live off terrace by the farmers market, Both my rooms are filled so no competition. Harpersville in an awesome location, smack in the middle of everything and there are some nice quiet neighborhoods here.
