-located in newport news off harpersville road by harpersville road/hampton roads center parkway intersection.
-3 bedroom house, 1 bathroom. full size kitchen, front and back yard, garage etc.
-$500 includes utilities.

my roomate (22) and i (24) need someone that is willing to sign a lease and have a credit check as we are renting aswell. need at least a year commitment or out by december 2008. my roommate and i smoke (outside only) and drink occasionally. we have cable, wireless internet, central heat and ac. NO PETS, no kids, no drama. we need someone responsible, with a steady job, or a college student that will have no problem paying rent. please respond with information about yourself and a myspace if you have it. thanks.
