Then sell it, buy a grabber orange gt500 and make it freakin' fast!!

I might have.... If I had a C6 Z06, this thread wouldnt even be here. I just dont want to take that big of a jump in vehicle.... Right now.

I love my Z06. Thats half the problem. I like it so much I dont want to ruin it by modding it. Its too nice of a car to hack up.

Lets make a deal.... You and me trade straight up on the Zs.... Then you can sell the Z and get what you want. Deal?

if done right, its not hacking it up. Supercharge it and stay at a safe power level.

The more power the more things break.... Meaning hacking it up. Always having to work on something on it. Thats what I meant by that.

I wasnt saying yours was hacked up at all.... Very tastefully done.

Well the plan is for both of us to have daily drivers and then a play toy.... She wants a full size diesel truck and Im just gonna keep the Focus. It gets great gas mileage and its already paid for!!!!

Were probably gonna end up keeping the Z06 and when the time comes, Ill pick up a C6 Z06. She can get the C5 Z06. Shell be working full time by then and making bank, so....

I could afford the both cars now, but it would very tight and very stupid to do.... Financially, so....

Dude... a A&A Vortech kit or ECS Paxton kit is hardly hacking it up. Start reading up on the C5 FI section of the corvetteforum. Fuck a KB on a Corvette it requires a god awful 4 inch cowl hood, is heavy, makes so much low end that you will be needeing a new driveline more often, etc etc. Stick w/ a centri on your car. On 7lbs of boost w/ some long-tubes you will be at 550 rwhp all day long.
