I HAVE FIXED THE IDLE PROBLEM, car only needs an exhaust to be stock... runs perfect... pick this thing up

I have finally got my Si back to stock, with a stock B16 in it so it's finally ready for a new owner...

Price: $6,500 (if picked up today, significantly less) $5500 picked up today... price is bumped back up to 6k since I fixed idle problem

The story:
I have owned this car since 2003, it went through about 4 different engine swaps then I finally found my perfect set-up and it was a 450hp turboed civic... Unfortunately someone decided to TRY and take her from me and stole quite a bit of my stuff of of it...

So what it resulted in was my car pushed a block away from my house with no turbo kit, no ecu, and some other small stuff gone...

For the last month I have been putting it back to stock, and now it's done and ready to be sold...

Engine:
The car has a stock B16, AEM V2 intake, DC sports 4-1 headers, and NO EXHAUST (I can find one for you if needed) another thing the car has is inlinePRO engine mounts, so obviously the engine is stiff as hell in place, which makes for a bit more of a stiff ride, but damn worth it.

Body:
Completely stock, front bumper has the fog light holes cut out, and I actually have fog lights I can give to the new owner if they want to put them back in. Will come with Si wheels with good tires.

Interior:
Completely stock and in great condition except for one small thing (the ignition switch was broken off the steering column by the attempted theft, so it is now hidden, and only the new owner will know where it is)

Price wise I am looking for $6,500 but like said if picked up today will be significantly reduced.

Ok, here's the deal....

$5500 picked up today (towed, driven, I don't care)

The car starts, drives, looks, everything fine... It does have a vaccume leak that makes its idle jump (won't be hard to track down) the car also has NO exhaust, A/C, and the power steering isn't hooked up...

However the car is really in great great shape... for $5500 those problems can be fixed for very cheap...

yea thats what I thought..... Unfortunetly for you all... I just figured out the idle problem / vacuum leak.... So that's fixed, and the price slowly gets bumped up.... was a free fix to coulda been yours cheap....

SO IT WORKS FINE NOW, just needs a exhaust.... 6k for a working, running, great condition SI that only needs exhaust.... come and get it...
