With no power steering how hard is it to turn? is it supposed to have PWS?

not reallly hard to turn while u moving a lil tuff when your sitting still ha come drive it ... bring some money ..ha

i have a high compression b17 and integra mounts 90-93 gsr type r manifold, titanium valve springs and retainers
