This is not a super amazing 1000+ dollar computer, please understand that. You saying it doesn't justify the purchase because it doesn't run the newest games, but it runs a game that came out like a week ago? I wouldn't play it because, it's a bit choppy on here, but it plays the biggest games out for computer.

Counter-Strike (1.6 or source), World of Warcraft, Everquest 2 (which isn't easy to run by the way and it does it quite well).

I mean, this would not be a bad purchase if you wanted to do some gaming for around $300.
You can get a nice core2duo with 2gb 1066ddr2 all day for less than $700 (with xp pro). I'll paste invoices if you need to. We have similar machines to what you're selling, the XP and Office licenses are worth more than the hardware (which you aren't including either of)... the hardware assets are considered right at $100.

Yaaa..about that. 1.5g RAM isn't free, a new DVD drive isn't free, A decent GFX card thats only been in since christmas isn't very. Those three add up to above $100 from my wallet. Theres more in the computer than that.

You obviously can't read. or yur dum.

The point he is trying to get across is that this machine is good at running almost all games out now, I mean once you get to stuff like age of conan, and the piece of shit crisis it gets difficult. Everything other than that it pretty much plays on med-high settings.

I'm lying..yaa, cuz I have a reason to do that. I can try and get you videos or screenshots if you really want to see it runs most games out.

I was talking an entire system for $700... You have nothing near a $300 system. Furthermore, your setup isn't a "good" gaming computer at all. It's a computer that will run games at their lowest settings, if nothing else is running.

^The above was ordered friday, so the prices are current.
Let's just say $2600 for all 3 computers.

Substract $440 for office. (most people don't need to buy office for their home.)

$2600 - $400 = $2160. $2160/3 = $720 per computer.

How it beats yours:
1: It has an operating system, xp pro, yours doesn't.
2: It has 4-core processor, each of which is "faster" than your single.
3: It has more memory, which is probably double the speed or more.
4: 250gb vs 80gb, and I'm sure this hard drive is much faster.
5: The video card... if my research is correct, you're running a 256mb agp8x setup... This is one is a 256mb pci-x16, which is superior to agp. Same manufacturer. I think it's safe saying this $35 video card is better than yours.

Anything else?

If you want a figure without xp pro (since your computer doesnt have an OS), it's around $586 per computer.

Man oh man..you are really going through quite a lot of trouble to show there are better PC's out there. That's awesome.

Again, because you can't seem to comprehend...THIS IS NOT THE BEST COMPUTER IN THE WORLD. It runs MOST games out, just FINE. Yes, there are BETTER, MUCH BETTER computers out there, they are also MORE EXPENSIVE.

If a casual gamer, or someone who plays any of the games I listed and probably quite a few others needed a PC that played these games quite well without issue, HE would be interested in buying this computer. Again, I have yet to name a price..I would prefer 250 or more. I would sell it for $250 however.

I didn't say if you want a computer that plays every game available and still some buy this! So please, stop trying to show me up and go do something productive.

Thanks Llama. I didn't want to have to tell him all of what you did.

This PC isn't honestly worth hardly anything. You can build C2D systems now for $700 and cheaper as Llama previously stated above.

Sorry guy, not taking away fro your sale, but I mean, people do need to know that it won't handle anything other than MMO's really. You told them that, so it's no big deal I wouldn't be hoping to attain big money is all.
